- Your program progress, journal entries, and check-in responses, to power your dashboard and tools.
- Basic usage analytics (anonymised and aggregated) to help us improve the platform.
We do not collect sensitive health data, financial information beyond what's required by our payment processor, or any data we don't need.
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to:
- Deliver and personalise your 14-Day Get HumanMode Reset Program experience.
- Send program-related communications (no spam, ever).
- Improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
We never sell, share, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data will never be used to train AI models or for profiling.
Data Security
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard secure infrastructure and regularly review our security practices. No sensitive disclosures you make, including reflections on AI dependency or personal habits, are ever shared with advertising networks or third-party data brokers.
AI Models & Your Data
Your answers, journal entries, check-in responses, and any other personal content you share with Get HumanMode will never be used to train AI models. We do not repurpose your data for machine learning, profiling, or any automated decision-making that affects you.
Analytics
We use anonymised, aggregated analytics to understand how people use Get HumanMode. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics events. We adopt a privacy-by-default approach: the most protective settings are active by default, not buried in menus.

- Stripe: payment processing. Your payment details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
- Base44: secure cloud infrastructure and database hosting.
- Email delivery: used only for transactional program emails.
None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

Meta Pixel is used exclusively for ad measurement and optimisation. It is NOT used to build personal profiles, sell your data, or target you based on your program activity or journal content.
